Refund Policy

Personalized Products:
Because personalized products are made to order, they are not eligible for returns. Please carefully check the spelling, names, punctuation and dates on your personalized order before submitting it to us.
Our goal is to provide quality gifts that customers love. We carefully inspect each item before shipping. If you receive a product that is damaged or with manufacturing error, let us know within 10 days of receipt by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include a description of the issue and a product picture if it arrived damaged. 

For items deemed to have arrived to you as damaged or with manufacturing error, we'll issue a refund or exchange. Depending on the issue, we may also require the item be returned to us within 10 days of receipt for a refund.
Other Products That are Not Personalized:
For products that are not personalized found under the personalized section of our site, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned unopened, unused, undamaged and in original packaging for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To initiate a return request, please send an email to [email protected] within 10 days of product delivery to get a return authorization number and return instructions. The refund will be processed within 5 business days after receipt of the returned item.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
